Every order from The Grounded Edit is prepared with care.
We typically dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of receiving them, unless otherwise specified. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days thereafter.
As a small, hands-on studio, each order is thoughtfully packed and prepared. While this takes a little time, we’re always working to send your parcels as swiftly as possible.

Delivery Delays, Loss or Damages
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery. However, The Grounded Edit is not a courier company and cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delivery delays once your parcel has been dispatched.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please email us at hello@thegroundededit.com with your tracking details. We’ll coordinate with our logistics partners to help resolve the issue promptly.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, please notify us within 48 hours. This allows us to raise a case with our courier partner. Beyond this period, we will not be able to claim or replace the lost package.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please record an unedited unboxing video of the parcel and email it to us immediately. This evidence is required for us to raise a claim with our courier partner. Claims cannot be processed if reported after 48 hours of delivery.
