Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has left our studio.

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please write to us at hello@thegroundededit.com — we’ll do our best to make things right.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing hello@thegroundededit.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel or modify it.
